Join Amanda and I on a heart-led, 3 hour mini-retreat designed to offer you space to receive, rest, and reconnect with the nurturer within. You are so good at taking care of those around you. This is an opportunity to open your heart to mirror that same depth of compassion towards yourself.
Our Inner Mother offers wisdom, support, and guidance. This holistic, trauma-sensitive experience combines the embodied practices of yoga, sound, journaling, and connection with the intention of honouring your inner self. Let us cocoon you in comfort and love.
Mini-Retreat Highlights:
Gentle Slow Flow Yoga: Somatic-style, compassionate movement to release tension and cultivate a sense of calm. Flow through poses that honour your body, and create space for inner reflection.
Journaling for Self-Discovery: Engage in guided journaling prompts that invite you to explore your relationship with your Inner Mother, and discover the abundance of nurturing qualities within.
Sound Journey: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of both crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, forks, and drums. Let the sound waves wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and integration.
Nourish your body: with yummy snacks and refreshments.

Ticket: $75 per person for our 3 hour journey. Ticket allocation is limited as Flow Stoneville is a boutique space.
