Nourishing refreshments and a scented hand towel awaits your arrival as you restore after a big day. Take this intentional time to ritualistically invite space & lean into a much-needed pocket of peace. 


Our nurturing yin practice is designed to cultivate relaxation and flexibility, while also tending to the mind, body and heartspace in a deeply connected and embodied way. 


In this class, you’ll explore longer, passive poses that target connective tissue. By doing this, we encourage a profound release of tension and gentle joint mobility. We nurture a busy mind with guided mindfulness practices to provide a collective focus toward a more supportive perspective. Aromatherapy is woven throughout to create sensory grounding, and a consciously calm atmosphere. You will be given a permission card at the beginning of the class, and offered gentle assists and massages throughout the practice (if it resonates with you) to help the body achieve a restorative state. 


All this set to a backdrop of soft lighting, calming music, and soothing scents for a rich sensory treat. 


Please note: As this is a boutique studio space with limited capacity, you will have up to 5 hours prior to your booking time to cancel out of the session.
