Your 'Best of Both' practice is a balance of a playful, vibrant and dynamic Vinyasa Flow, dissolving into juicy Yin shapes to support the physical body. 


Our intention is to cultivate balance within the mind, body, and heart as we weave empowered physical movement, strength and flexibility, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques together.


This practice doesn't only improve overall physical wellbeing, but it also promotes emotional balance, helps to reduce stress, and enhances mental clarity. It's a mocktail for the soul!  

If you don't have a lot of time, but are seeking a practice that has a little bit of everything - this might be just the thing you're looking for! 

Please note: As this is a boutique studio space with limited capacity, you will have up to 5 hours prior to your booking time to cancel out of the session.
