For busy humans who need breathing space in their week. 


Class Time: 
6.45pm - 7.45pm

Arrival time: 
Doors open at 6.30pm to give you time to settle in, as there is a class before ours.

Frequency: 
Class is run weekly, but you can purchase a block pass that suits your individual circumstances. Please ensure you book into the classes to avoid missing out as classes are often waitlisted. 

What to bring: 
I have mats and props you can use, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please also bring water, and wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement. 

Our nurturing Yin practice is delivered through a qualified trauma-sensitive lens, creating genuine breathing space for your physical body and mental wellbeing. In this class, you’ll explore longer passive poses that target connective tissue. By doing this, we encourage a release of tension and gentle joint mobility (making this practice supportive for most who are challenged with chronic disease/ pain). We nurture a busy mind with guided mindfulness practices to provide a collective focus toward a more supportive perspective. Aromatherapy is woven throughout to create sensory grounding and a calm atmosphere. We close our practice with a guided meditation where you can snuggle up and listen, or drift off. All this set to a backdrop of soft lighting and calming music for a rich sensory treat.
