Intention: 
A mid-week reset to flow, unwind, and find a moment for yourself. 

Class Time: 
6.45pm - 7.45pm

Arrival time: 
Doors open at 6.30pm to give you time to settle in, as there is a class before ours.

Frequency: 
Slow Flow classes are run on Monday (6-7pm) and Wednesday (6.45pm-7.45pm). You can purchase a block pass that suits your individual circumstances. Please ensure you book into the classes to avoid missing out as classes are often waitlisted.

What to bring: 
I have props and mats you can use in class, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement. 

This yummy Slow Flow is infused with flow-based movement (often described as feeling dance-inspired). With a flow-like rhythm where one movement melts into the next, you have the opportunity to savour each pose, build strength, explore flexibility, and create functional mobility. Think of it as movement that feels like a conversation with your body - equal parts grounding, challenging, freeing, and feels so,so good.


All classes are delivered through a qualified trauma sensitive lens and a deep level of compassion. My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, supported, and more at home within yourself.


Please note: As this is a boutique studio space with limited capacity, you will have up to 1pm on the day of your booking to cancel out of the session. If an emergency arises please text Lauren on 0437 043 860 with your full name and details so arrangements can be made.
